fetolaI also speak english, so feel free to ask any questions.
Hi Tefo. I am glad to see the Tswana wikipedia picking up. Please contact me if you need any help. I work for the Wikimedia Foundation, and we are all eager to help smaller wikis. I can be reached at dwool AT wikimedia DOT org. Also, you might want to start translating the Main Page. I can help with that too. Danny 13:43, 21 January 2006 (UTC)

- Welcome from me as well. I saw you translated the main page, well done! If you would like to talk with me through how best to continue, you might try to get onto IRC (yes, i chat as well :) ). If you have no IRC-client, no problem. You can enter IRC through this web-chat as well. You may need java, but lots of people already have it. Let me please know if you need help with whatever. That link will lead to a dutch channel, you can speak english there, no problem, everybody speaks it in there. I am most of the time there under the nickname Effeietsanders of Eiaway.
- If you don't want to chat, no problem either. How do you want to move on with this wonderful Wiki? Maybe you could translate at least the sentence "Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia" into your language, I'll ask then someone to change the logo. I hope I can be of any assistence. Effeietsanders 20:08, 27 April 2006 (UTC)
- If Effeietsanders isn't around, feel free to poke me :) Henna 09:05, 28 April 2006 (UTC)

Hello, tefo. If you would like to translate some system-messages (also buttons etc), you can find them in special:allmessages. Just ctrl-F for the sentence in english, click on the link that belongs to that sentence and translate and save. Only sysops can edit them. Effeietsanders 19:07, 8 May 2006 (UTC)
Hello. It seems You are only logged user for Your native wikipedia. I want You ask that could You translate artilce about our City : en:Katowice, but i think you dont't have a time, so please enter in Your native wikipedia only 2-3 lines about Katowice.

Glad to see you're still alive. You might consider having a look at the history for Aferika Borwa as well as taking a look at Talk:Aferika Borwa and Sekgalagadi. Since this WP is not very active, you can keep everything in check by looking at the Recent Changes. As an Admin, you might consider translating the System Messages to the proper language (good luck!). How's life like in England? en:User:Zyxoas 16:04, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

South African Wikimedia Chapter
fetolaGreetings! Discussion is underway to set up a local South African Wikimedia Chapter. There are currently over 25 chapters established around the world, but so far, none in Africa. Currently a group of local Wikipedians are in the process of setting up the South African chapter. If you're interested in being involved in the creation of a South African Wikimedia Chapter, please add your name to the Meta page and also join the mailing list here. Also, email me directly if you would like to be involved in the kickoff Chapter workshop scheduled to be held at Wits University on 7th and 8th August. Thanks, Kaydee 68 17:24, 28 Phukwi 2010 (UTC)
Setswana Wikipedia Challenge Post-Review
fetolaWe will be having a review of the Setswana Wikipedia Challenge and bringing together the Top 20 contributors of the same to help improve the quality of the articles from the 30th to 31st March at Botho College. It would be helpful if we could have someone from the community attend the session and help take the participants through a few technical issues. If you are interested, please email: amuigai [at] google [dot]com.

Your admin status
fetolaHello. I'm a steward. A new policy regarding the removal of "advanced rights" (administrator, bureaucrat, etc.) was adopted by community consensus recently. According to this policy, the stewards are reviewing administrators' activity on wikis with no inactivity policy.
You meet the inactivity criteria (no edits and no log actions for 2 years) on tnwiki, where you are an administrator. Since that wiki does not have its own administrators' rights review process, the global one applies.
If you want to keep your rights, you should inform the community of the wiki about the fact that the stewards have sent you this information about your inactivity. If the community has a discussion about it and then wants you to keep your rights, please contact the stewards at m:Stewards' noticeboard, and link to the discussion of the local community, where they express their wish to continue to maintain the rights, and demonstrate a continued requirement to maintain these rights.
We stewards will evaluate the responses. If there is no response at all after approximately one month, we will proceed to remove your administrative rights. In cases of doubt, we will evaluate the responses and will refer a decision back to the local community for their comment and review. If you have any questions, please contact us on m:Stewards' noticeboard.
